Delivery options and estimates
Available delivery options, prices, and estimates are displayed at checkout for the delivery address. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. U.S. online orders of $100 or more receive free shipping automatically; no discount code is required. Checkout determines whether an order qualifies.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it is provided in the shipping confirmation. The delivery options and estimates shown at checkout are the authoritative choices for an order.

Contact Cypress & Sage as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be corrected or an order needs to be canceled. Cancellations are available only before fulfillment begins.
