Cypress & Sage is committed to providing an inclusive online shopping experience for people with disabilities. We are working to make cypresssagebtq.com usable with a wide range of browsers, devices, and assistive technologies.

Our accessibility goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical accessibility benchmark. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and this statement does not claim that every page or third-party service currently conforms fully to that standard.

Measures we take

  • Include accessibility in theme, navigation, and content updates.
  • Use automated testing together with manual keyboard and visual review.
  • Review headings, forms, link purpose, image text alternatives, color contrast, focus behavior, and responsive layouts.
  • Recheck accessibility after material theme changes, app changes, and new content.
  • Review reported barriers and prioritize practical remediation.

Assessment approach

Cypress & Sage self-evaluates the storefront using automated accessibility testing, rendered-page inspection, manual keyboard and visual review, and representative checks across home, collection, product, contact, FAQ, search, cart, and navigation experiences. We have not completed independent third-party certification or a comprehensive assistive-technology audit. Additional human screen-reader testing remains part of our ongoing review.

Known limitations

Some third-party apps, embedded services, or newly added content may not yet meet our accessibility target. We continue to identify and remediate barriers within our control and to evaluate third-party tools used on the site.

Ongoing review

We review accessibility as part of ongoing storefront maintenance and after material changes to our theme, content, or installed apps. Qualified legal counsel should be consulted for legal interpretations of accessibility requirements.
