Cypress & Sage currently ships online orders to addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery options and estimates
Available delivery options, prices, and estimates are displayed at checkout for the delivery address. Current options include Economy, estimated at 5–8 business days, and Standard, estimated at 3–4 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping charges and free shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. U.S. online orders of $100 or more receive free shipping automatically; no discount code is required. Checkout determines whether an order qualifies.
Store pickup
Free pickup is available at our Benton store for eligible orders. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before visiting the store.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is provided in the shipping confirmation. The delivery options and estimates shown at checkout are the authoritative choices for an order.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact Cypress & Sage as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be corrected or an order needs to be canceled. Cancellations are available only before fulfillment begins. A request is not confirmed until Cypress & Sage confirms it, and we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled before fulfillment.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Contact Cypress & Sage within seven days of delivery or pickup at Shop@CypressSageBTQ.com or 318-219-5351. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos when relevant. Depending on available inventory, Cypress & Sage will provide a replacement or refund. Do not return merchandise before receiving instructions. Cypress & Sage pays authorized return shipping when merchandise must be returned.

Change-of-mind returns
Cypress & Sage does not accept change-of-mind returns for online orders.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Return authorization and shipping
Do not send merchandise back before receiving return instructions. Cypress & Sage pays authorized return shipping when merchandise must be returned. The return destination and instructions will be provided with the authorization.
Inspection and refunds
Approved returns are inspected after they are received. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. A request is not confirmed until Cypress & Sage confirms it.
